Resident’s Survey

July 6th, 2012 | Posted by Willan House in Inside - (0 Comments)

Residents haveĀ  completed a survey on the quality of life at Willan House. 9 forms were returned and we will shortly be publishing the findings. We were saddened to hear of the death of Daisy, one of our regular respite visitors and our condolences go to her family. We have some lovely memories of her doing the hokey-cokey at Jubilee weekend and we remember her poetry and her sense of humour as well.

We have alsot finished a six week session of craft work which has resulted in some amazing weaving by the residents. After the holiday break we will try and mount the pieces to create a wall hanging for display.

We have to wish for some dry comfortable weather, at the moment all the rain is playing havoc with outside activities, just to sit in the garden would be good without worrying about the wet and the humidity.
